VANILLA PREMIUM SERVICES
We provide music streaming services for commercial spaces via internet connection. You may only use the Vanilla P&D Services for business use at the premises of the business entity you represent. You can connect to the Vanilla P&D Services using any player supported by the Vanilla P&D Services through a personal username and password. Internet access and any other equipment required to use the Vanilla P&D Services is your responsibility.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE
We may modify the Terms upon notice to you at any time. You will be notified of any such modification by email or by posting the changes on the website. You may discontinue your use of the Vanilla P&D Services if the terms are modified in a way that materially affects your rights with respect to the use of the Vanilla P&D Services. Your continued use of a Service after notification of any change to the Terms will be deemed as your agreement to the amended terms.
REGISTERED USER OBLIGATIONS
You must register for a user account to access or use the Vanilla P&D Services. If you represent an organization and wish to use the Vanilla P&D Services, we recommend that you use your corporate email address. You agree to: a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form, and b) maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Vanilla Premium has reason to suspect that such information is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, Vanilla Premium reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without further notice and to refuse your present or future use of the Vanilla P&D Services.
COMMUNICATION
The Vanilla P&D services may include certain communications from us, such as announcements of offers, services, system management messages and newsletters. You understand that these communications should be considered part of your use of the Vanilla Premium Services. As part of our policy to provide you with total personal data protection, we also provide you with the option not to receive newsletters from us. However, you will not be able to opt out of receiving service announcements and system management messages.
CHARGES & PAYMENTS
Vanilla P&D service subscriptions are available in monthly, 3-monthly, 6-monthly and annual billing cycles. A month is always considered a period of 30 days from the Service delivery and does not differ based on the current month.
Vanilla Premium provides you with full transparency in payments, as these are made via bank transfer, debit, credit, prepaid card or IRIS Payments. Payments are made in a lump sum and cover the period of the subscription package you have selected.
No P&D subscription is automatically renewed and no additional charge is made beyond the agreed upon.
TRANSACTIONS AND PRIVACY
For your convenience, www.vanillaradio.com has integrated many alternative payment methods, which you can select to pay for your purchases, provided that their selection is enabled on the checkout page immediately before confirming your order.
The payment methods are:
Bank Deposit *: You can pay for your subscription by making a deposit, transfer or remittance to our account at Piraeus Bank through your e-banking or through Piraeus ATMs. After registration, our bank details are automatically sent to your email. Use your order number, USERNAME or VAT number as a payment reference – comments.
- For immediate activation, you must send us the proof of payment to our email, otherwise your subscription will be activated when the amount appears in our account.
Credit / Debit card: At vanillaradio.com, Visa & Mastercard credit cards, Visa, Mastercard debit cards and Visa, Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted. If you choose to pay with your Credit / Debit card, your subscription is activated immediately.
Payment via IRIS: By choosing the IRIS service, your order is paid immediately through the e-Banking of your cooperating Bank by debiting your account, provided that your bank cooperates with the IRIS service. The IRIS service is a pan-European solution that ensures the payment of payments in real time providing a high level of transaction security without requiring the disclosure of personal data, without special registration and is a 100% free solution for you.
To use the service in your order, select the IRIS service and the bank you cooperate with. In the next step, you enter the codes you already have for your bank’s e-banking and select a debit account. If you choose to pay with IRIS, your subscription is activated immediately.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
In addition to all other terms and conditions of this agreement, you shall not: (i) transfer or make available to any third party the Vanilla P&D Services; (ii) provide any service based on the Vanilla P&D Services without prior written permission; (iii) use the Vanilla P&D Services for spamming and other illegal purposes.
SPAMMING AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your transmissions through the Vanilla P&D Services. You agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, libelous, that violates the privacy of another, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, objectionable, offends religious sentiments, promotes racism, contains viruses, infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another. You agree not to use the Services to transmit “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “phishing,” or intentional bulk email distribution. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Vanilla P&D Services if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have used the Services for any illegal or unauthorized activity.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our company offers Premium & Dedicated services for commercial spaces. We have entered into contracts with intellectual and related rights companies in Greece, ensuring the smooth operation of our service and supporting creators, artists and performers of musical works. Every user-business that uses VANILLARADIO services in its business space is obliged to ensure the full legality of the use of music. This means that, with its own exclusive responsibility, it must pay the public performance copyrights to the competent bodies. It is strictly forbidden to store the content of the Vanilla P&D service on local media of any form, whether in whole or in part, by any technical method, in the same or another form of audio file, existing or future. It is also forbidden to extract and store (download) audio from the Vanilla P&D service on local media (mechanical or electronic).
USER DATA AND DATA PROTECTION
Our company stores and maintains your account data in secure facilities, including files, documents and other information. To prevent data loss due to system errors, we create regular backups. Your data is stored in digital form and remains on our servers, even after your account is deleted or terminated. We maintain an electronic digital customer list with the data entered by users during their registration. We ensure that your account data will not be freely accessible to third parties, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. However, in some cases, we may be required to provide this data to third parties. This can only happen if there is a legal basis, as required by Greek law or the special provisions that apply to the provision of data to specialized bodies, such as judicial or other authorities, or is imposed by the company’s obligations under our agreements. In any case, we ensure that the provision of data will be done in the least possible way and only when absolutely necessary, always adhering to the principles of transparency and legality. Our company is committed to protecting user data, but is required to comply with legal requirements and its contractual obligations. We provide users with the ability to access, correct, update or delete their personal information, either through their account or through Vanilla’s customer support service.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You understand and agree that your use of the Vanilla P&D Services is at your sole risk. Vanilla Premium expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Vanilla Premium makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or virus-free. Your use of the Vanilla P&D Services must be at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system resulting from your use of the Vanilla P&D Services or the downloading of any such material.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that Vanilla Premium shall in no event be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or other loss or damage or loss of profits, business interruption, computer failure, loss of business information, or other damages arising out of or caused by the use or inability to use any of the Vanilla P&D Services, even if Vanilla Premium has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any disagreement with Vanilla Premium relating to any of the Services will be the termination of that Service. In no event shall Vanilla Premium’s total liability to you, with respect to any service, direct or indirect, exceed the fees paid by you for that service.
TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
Vanilla Premium reserves the right to suspend or terminate your user account, or temporarily disable access to any part of the Vanilla P&D Services, under the following circumstances: suspected illegal activity, prolonged inactivity, payment default, or upon request from law enforcement or other governmental authorities. We will also terminate your account upon your direct request. Furthermore, we may terminate your account and deny future service access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use.
Upon termination, access to all Vanilla P&D Services will be revoked, and all data associated with your account, including but not limited to your email address, password, and stored information, will be deleted.

This agreement governs the use of Vanilla Premium’s music streaming services (“Vanilla P&D Services”) and establishes the terms between you, or the business you represent (“You”), and Vanilla Radio (“Vanilla Premium”)
